This is the rules we got so far:
You must be 12 years old or older.
You must use the defult carpack.
You must use LCPDFR 0.95 Rc2.
You must use the scripts: VdhPolice helper and Vdh Tow Service.
You must use GTA 4.
You must be mature and seriuos.
You can use Weapon mods, but only skins and models, no edited WeaponsInfo file.
You can use A trainer, but not being in godmode/infinty ammo.
