I, Chief Vic, has recently come up with a ranking system.
Police.
1. Cadet. You are not in service. You will start the basic training when you are a cadet. No weapons.
2. Deputy Officer. When you have completed the Basic Training you have become a Deputy Officer. 9MM Glock 19 as standard weapon.
3. Officer. When you have proven yourself ready for an rank-up. 10+ Arrested Suspects. 9MM Glock 19 as standard weapon.
4. Corporal.
