10-0 = Game Crash
10-1 = Game invite needed
10-6 = Ready for service
10-7 = Not available for service
10-10 = En route to station with suspect
10-30 = Warrant for arrest

10-99 = Drivers Licence ( can be negative ( revoked, suspended or none at all ))

So you could say, person has a negative 10-99
