Hello there Officers,
I'm proud to introduce you my secret project, the "Field Training Officer Program".
Every new Officer will have to follow this Program, to become a "full" member of the LCPD-CPR clan.
Read more about it here.

I'm proud to introduce the new Field Training Officer Program (FTO) for Cadet’s.
The aim of our FTO program is to provide a learning experience for cadets while still making sure that they are ready to be transferred out to General Duty.
The FTO program will take the place in the streets of Liberty City.
With the implementation of the FTO we will be able to provide higher quality training to the new members joining the ranks of the LCPD!
The FTO program will provide cadets with in patrol trainings (with hands on demonstrations) in sessions of 20-30 minutes per step.
That means that Cadets will be able to learn and pass their evaluations on their own time, instead of having to attend a scheduled event.
The Cadets will go through 3 different modules in their FTO trainings:
"Our Procedures"(Basic procedures, 10-codes)
"A day in the life of an officer" (Patrol Basics)
"Stopping a suspect without shooting them" (Less lethal force options)
FTOs will try to address the subject that most people need in their FTO training while in a patrol.
Now Cadets, you're probably wondering what the process is.
Here it is:
If the game has already started, use in game text chat to find an FTO.
If there are no FTO’s, you will be patrolling as you normally would be allowed.
Once you complete all three modules, you will then need to contact an FTE (Field training evaluator, forum staff) to be evaluated. You need to let them know at the beginning of a patrol or you need to have 20-30 minutes of in game role play for them to be evaluating you on.
After completing your evaluation, an FTO will submit your results, in which you will then be notified in the next day or two about your result.
Sgt Skinner will be leading the program, and he is available for any questions you may have.
Sincerly,
The Staff
